Retrofitting historical buildings for sustainability has in recent years received a lot of attention. We are involved in several large retrofit projects, from a well known Oxford landmark to the installation of a retrofit sprung concrete floor in a London tower block. Redeveloping existing buildings always has its challenges and surprises and the selection we discuss in our Jun 2020 Newsletter is no exception!
