The Challenge
To ensure the redeveloped pub maintains a high level of sustainability whilst not removing character from the existing building.
The SOLID Approach
We designed the structure of the new extension to house a ‘living roof’ - the flat roof planted up with a wide range of British wildflowers, creating a varied habitat for pollinators.
